Custom or made-to-order jewellery items may require additional processing time (typically 7–14 business days).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:Â Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Classy Jewellers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Classy Jewellers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
